Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mahesana. As a Bodyshop Advisor at Volkswagen Mehsana, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, managing customer inquiries, and providing accurate and helpful advice to customers on their vehicle repairs. You will also liaise with the internal team to ensure all customer needs are met, and provide a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to job completion.

Qualifications
