Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mahesana. As a Bodyshop Advisor at Volkswagen Mehsana, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, managing customer inquiries, and providing accurate and helpful advice to customers on their vehicle repairs. You will also liaise with the internal team to ensure all customer needs are met, and provide a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to job completion.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an automotive or repair industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in using software tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively with others.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
