Job Location: Trivandrum/Cochin

Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Embed consistency of approach, documentation, and management of requirements from inception to delivery.
Work closely with different business units to identify required enhancements, assist in system reviews, analyse data, solution design, and provide support through to implementation.
Work with Product R&D teams on designing solutions and implementation of deliverables.
Good understanding of Agile methods including knowledge of SAFe, and SCRUM and applying agile ceremonies.
Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
Experience in identifying, owning, and managing risks and issues including mitigation and remediation throughout the life of the project.
Prepare, co-ordinate and perform various testing phases like SIT, UAT and ensure post implementation support and handover.
Develop good working relationships and communication with all business teams.
Respond promptly to internal and external team and ensure their needs and requests are addressed.
Co-ordinate and perform user training and support.
Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
Ensure team training and process documents are reviewed and updated.
