Our team is building the next generation PSS solutions for All Nippon Airways (ANA) that will transform the way the airline ticket sales will happen. We build solutions using the leading edge technologies, and are looking to build a team that is passionate for technology and enjoy solving problems for our customers. Our customers love our teams, and in turn our teams live and breathe our customer priorities. We are looking at on-boarding an young and dynamic technology professional who can be our Web Architect and work in our Enterprise Architecture Team

Your Responsibility

You will be responsible for

• Creating the Web Architecture for ANA’s PSS distribution, aligned with customer business objectives
• Develop technology strategy and roadmap
• Discuss the architecture and technology strategy with customer stakeholders and provide recommendations
• Create / review designs
• Technology & Architecture governance

Required Skills

You will be required to bring in the following skills:

• Hands-on with experience in Web UI development & Responsive Web design.
• Experience Designing user interactions on web pages, building UI Components & UI Widgets.
• Min 2+ hands-on working experience with React and having thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles including React JS Framework, React Hooks, React Context, Redux & State Management, React Router & CSS FlexBox.
• Experience working with UI Frameworks such a Material UI, Bootstrap & Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Excellent hands-on experience working on HTML5, CSS3, JS, ES6, CSS preprocessor (LESS, SASS).
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, React & Redux Debugger Tools.
• Experience working with version control systems such Bitbucket, Git, Git Kraken or Source-Tree.
• Experience working with service management systems such as Jira or Bugzilla or any alternates.
• Should be good at understanding the UI requirements, constraints, dependencies, and should be able recommend technical solutions.
• Work with Product Management to understand the business requirements and priorities of deliveries.
• Lead and mentor team members and encourage team building skills and train the team members accordingly.
• Conduct code reviews & encourage best coding practices.

Additional Skills

• Provide leadership and guidance for troubleshooting and resolution of system issueproblems that occur in live applications
• Should be able to work independently as well as lead the team - with ability to hands-on coding as required.
• Manage team task allocation and tracking the task to completion
• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams.
• Ability to provide daily progress updates to the Client and update on Deliveries.
• Interacting with team members on day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity with continuous integration / continuous deployment processes and tools.
• Very good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Confluence & Documentation Skills

Good to have Skills

• Experience with AWS, especially serverless architecture (e.g. AWS Lambda).
• Experience with CID & Deployments
