The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Education and Experience

B.Com + MBA (Preferably in Finance) with experience in supporting business / practice head to run the operations of the unit. Minimum experience of 2 - 3 years as business analyst.

Experience in IT/Bank/VC/PE firms experience will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings, presentations and cadences to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis and gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports periodically.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Creating , implementing, maintaining and updating procedures.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Supporting M&A activities in reviewing asset for purchase and prepare business case slides on how the asset will support the growth of the business
  • Supporting Business/Practice head in business reviews by preparing the business review deck.
  • Manage junior PMO working for the business to make sure the business process are completed on time in full.
