Overview:

As a part of our global talent acquisition team-

· You will provide valuable contribution towards building a robust talent acquisition function at Tech Mahindra.

· You will search, connect, screen, conduct assessments and maintain a consistent pipeline of a qualified talent pool having the potential to be converted into hires for open roles at Tech Mahindra.

· You will establish regular connect and nurture relationships with the prospective talent by effective and clear communication whereby delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and promote Tech Mahindra employer branding as an ambassador.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently search, source, screen, offer and onboard high-quality talent from various channels.
  • Work closely with hiring manager/delivery leaders to understand talent needs and work towards timely fulfilment of open positions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and own the end to end hiring activities.
  • Be an SME and ambassador on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Ensure information capture in recruitment systems consistently and in a timely manner, for accurate reporting of key metrics.
  • Take ownership and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities.
  • Liaise with agencies to coordinate all recruitment related activities
  • Handle ad hoc events such as career fairs and recruitment drives

Must have:

  • Command over Spanish language
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical hiring
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Relationship building and collaboration
  • Effective communication and networking
  • Confident and willing to engage with a globally distributed and diverse talent.
  • Willingness to take targets of daily submissions and monthly hires.
  • Good understanding and experience with active and passive sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively hiring managers/client contact/agencies.
  • A genuine interest in technology trends, very good understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technical skills.

Preferred:MBA in HR
