Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to perform Functional Support activities for all GP3 application users which include;

  • Facilitate in providing round the clock Functional support from 6:00 AM CET to 1.30 AM CET
  • Investigate, identify, resolve and advise course of action about issues that block, upset and cause anomalies in valuations and other supervisory reports
  • Confirm resolution methods by testing in Vielle 2 and share successful procedures
  • Support Year End/Mid-year and periodical Closure activities
  • Create Class 4 accounts for Paris/Lux & Italy valuation services
  • Identify scope of issues and transfer cases properly to GAP team and MOA team
  • Perform DEBLOCs and Valuation Destructions (DESTVL)
  • Assist in Transaction deletions
  • Investigate and clear Anomalies appearing in RAPPRO/CPTAD1/VERTRA
  • Educate the PROD team in proper IMPULSE Ticket raising etiquettes

Profile required

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with exposure to finance, Commerce and/or Accounting
  • 2-4 years of overall experience in investment banking domain with minimum 2 years of NAV end to end process.
