Key Duties:
- Research organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions.
- ’Cold Call’ to arrange meetings at customers’ premises or over the telephone.
- Find out what a business needs and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate best pricing.
- Sell products to new and existing customers.
- Negotiate with customers and build positive relationships.
- Attend events and conferences to gain information on market trends and competitors, as required.
- Write reports and make presentations to customers and senior management.
- Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns.
- Forecast sales targets and make sure they are met.
- Complete office Based job.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a proven track record in Business Development/Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority.
- Ambitious and persistent.
- Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets.
- A natural net worker.
- Articulate, confident communicator with presentation skills.
- Thrive in a pressurized, sales-driven environment.
- Commercial knowledge to analyses market data and identify new opportunities.
- Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative.
