Key Duties:

  • Research organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions.
  • ’Cold Call’ to arrange meetings at customers’ premises or over the telephone.
  • Find out what a business needs and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate best pricing.
  • Sell products to new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate with customers and build positive relationships.
  • Attend events and conferences to gain information on market trends and competitors, as required.
  • Write reports and make presentations to customers and senior management.
  • Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns.
  • Forecast sales targets and make sure they are met.
  • Complete office Based job.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have a proven track record in Business Development/Sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority.
  • Ambitious and persistent.
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working to targets.
  • A natural net worker.
  • Articulate, confident communicator with presentation skills.
  • Thrive in a pressurized, sales-driven environment.
  • Commercial knowledge to analyses market data and identify new opportunities.
  • Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative.
