Responsibilities

Ø Understands the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in healthcare account

Ø Manage sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and nurturing the leads.

Ø Ability to create strong and long-lasting customer relationships

Ø Strong technical knowledge in the Healthcare domain, preferably Hardware design

Ø Managing the P&L for the account

Ø Understands the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned account

Ø Work with a multi-disciplinary Hardware team to develop ideal solutions as per the business need.

Ø Forecast and track key account metrics; meet and Exceed Revenue Targets

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent field, MBA will be an added advantage

· Total 10+ years’ experience with Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development and account management activities in the Healthcare embedded domain preferred.

· Familiar with building and developing new business models based on the corporate strategy

· Experience in handling techno commercial proposals and leading product development.

· Should have experience in account mining, cross-selling & up-selling the service offerings of engineering service activities.
