Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Azure administrator, you are responsible for day-to-day operational and technical support for Azure cloud IaaS and all Server systems on Linux Platform. You will work with DevOps and Security to define and implement policies/governance for physical and cloud-based systems. You will participate in defining and implementing the overall structure and standards for systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Own EXISTING ACCOUNT (RFS, PCR, POC) specific projects such as Migrations, Builds, Tooling & Onboarding, Transitions
  • Own all NEW ACCOUNT TRANSITION activities including: POC, KT & CEQ, Tools Onboarding, Testing, Documentation (CEQ, ASD, SOP), Reverse KT and BAU team onboarding
  • Provide EXIT CHECKLIST sign-off on completion of transition activities to BAU team - Documentation (CEQ, ASD, SOP) and Sign off on KT & CEQ
  • Project specific tasks on completion to have documentation (ASD, Architecture) and SOP
  • Participation on SEV1/2 Incidents, Problems & Changes
  • Train L3 on respective SME area
  • Upskill product specific knowledge and be up to date on the respective subject matter on Azure
  • Assist the BAU team with the RCA for Problem records.
  • Approve vendor level escalations and assist the L3 or L2 Engineers with incident resolution and closure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT Industry
  • Expertise in Azure technologies
  • Expertise in Linux at SME level
  • Proficient in implementation expertise on Azure cloud platforms
  • Working knowledge of Infrastructure design (Compute, Storage, Network)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Validated knowledge of cloud security practices
  • Azure and RHEL Professional Level certification
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
