Key responsibilities

  • Administer E2E Commercial Academy Program Management Structure to offer visibility of program status to all concern stakeholders
  • Configure learning platform as per program requirement
  • Continuously monitor progress/status of assigned projects by owning administration of learning platform which needs to configure for all concern program
  • Coordinate with Learning Partner / Business Stakeholders / technical teams for Training Need Identification
  • Continually identify area of process improvement and automation within Commercial Academy Program Structure
  • Communicate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to obtain necessary information for developing learning materials – if needed
  • Own developing and publishing of periodic status updates, newsletters/e-magazines for team and academy programs

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline - with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales ,Sales Support team for Retail or Service industry is preferable
  • Excellent communication in English, oral and written
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationship (internal and external).
  • Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas, support positive changes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package - Office 365, Sharepoint ,PowerBI ( Reporting Building / Publishing)
  • Proficiency in operations of Learning Platform and SFDC -CRM system is preferable
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle and implementation of training program
  • Persuasive personality and ability to connect with stakeholder
  • Strong quantitative, research, and data analytics skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
