Controlling and Planning Analyst

This is a Controlling and Planning Analyst role, reporting to the Finance Business Controller in Global Business Services (GBS) and located in Bangalore. You will be responsible for strengthening the controlling team by working on various controlling activities across the Hubs.

Your responsibilities

• Working with various countries to collect financial details for the HR- Center of Excellence (COE) costs and supporting in invoicing the same to respective countries.
• Supporting functional controller in data consolidation, reporting and coordinating with various Hub’s and reviewing the cost centers, functional costs and direct costs of the global divisions to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Working with the Controlling team for costs controlling, invoicing, and charging of various costs or fees to the respective Local Business Units (LBUs) or Countries.
• Liaising with corporate taxes and corporate controlling to ensure that proper charge out mechanism is properly in place and preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly performance review templates for various functional reviews.
• Performing cost allocation and ensuring full transparency in the process and supporting in the forecasting and budgeting process of India Global Business Services (GBS) along with working with the various functions.
• Preparing of various MIS reports which are required from time to time and analyzing of various costs.

Your background

• An MBA or Chartered Accountant Intermediate.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Controlling.
• Should have good experience in SAP.
• Good communication skill and learning abilities.
• Flexible in shift timing, work timings are 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM and flexible to stretch the work timings during month end activities.
