We are now looking for a Corporate Executive Chef to take charge of our culinary operations at our location in Ambala-CORPORATE OFFICE.

Role Description

The Corporate Executive Chef-Continental Cuisinewill be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including food preparation, cooking, food service, food & beverage, and culinary management. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ambala-CORPORATE OFFICE. The Corporate Executive Chef is expected to work closely with the management team and staff to ensure that all food production is of the highest quality, while maintaining cost efficiency and consistency. The Corporate Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining and improving upon established health and safety standards, and ensure full compliance with food hygiene regulations. TheCorporate Executive Chef collaborates closely with other departments, such as marketing, to create menus that not only showcase culinary expertise but also align with budgetary constraints and market trends. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of chefs across various locations, setting and maintaining consistent quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Corporate Executive Chef plays a key role in menu development, staying abreast of industry trends, and incorporating innovative culinary techniques and ingredients. This position requires effective communication skills to convey culinary concepts to culinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food Service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Strong culinary management experience, with the proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with both team members and senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new and creative menu items while ensuring quality and cost efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in the culinary industry, with at least 2 years of experience at an executive chef level
