Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant Manager at PYRAMID Cafe lounge and Bar, located in Amritsar. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, Monitoring and ordering supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers, increase sales, and promote special events or promotions. Maintain appropriate stock levels including customer satisfaction, hiring, and communication. Managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facility. They will also oversee food and beverage services.

    • Qualifications

    • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skill
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge of food and beverage operations specially bar
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
    • Leadership skills
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
