Job Description

• Provide general Coupa application administrative support including integration issue resolution, user provisioning and deprovisioning, answering general functionality questions

• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal and Business Stakeholders to document business requirements for process solutions using Coupa, Netsuite and other business applications

• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging Coupa functionality

• Participate in design, develop, test, and deploy Coupa features and enhancements; implement 3rd party extensions and custom scripts to build custom solutions where needed

• Work with other application teams to integrate Coupa with other Business Systems

• Work with product support teams to troubleshoot systems issues as they arise

• Create systems documentations including, business requirements documents, functional designs, user manuals, test scripts, test plans and training materials

• Work with the PMO and cross functional project teams to perform end to end testing across transactional systems

Experience

• 3-7 years’ experience in Procure to Pay System support or similar roles

• Coupa application knowledge is preferred but not required

• Accounting Degree, Information Systems degree or related degree

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment; ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities

• Shift Time: 2 PM – 11 PM IST.
