Position: Customer Experience Executive
Location: New Delhi

Education: Graduate

Experience: 0-1 years

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Generate customer interest in the company’s products and services
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensible way
  • Reply to customer enquiries over emails and calls whenever necessary.
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
  • Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and accountability.

Strong Preference for Immediate Joiners and Females.
