Responsibilities

The Manager, Data Management provides technical expertise and leadership to all aspects of Data Management strategy, implementation, and operations. This position works with business, development teams, QA, and IT Operations to deliver high quality, high value solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Data Management teams including general oversight, performance management, training and mentoring
  • Assist with the staff’s technical development including junior staff and incoming Freshers
  • Assist with all recruiting efforts
  • Manage internal processes including communicating with stakeholders, requirements gathering, design, technical build, implementation, documentation and on-going support
  • Provide technical leadership in a wide range of projects using multiple platforms and tools
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments
  • Support sales opportunities for internal and external clients
  • Communicate complex concepts, manage client expectations and meet requirements under tight deadlines
  • Help design and enforce standards, best practices and platform strategy
  • Stay current on Data Management technologies, trends and best practices
  • Promote strong team culture
Qualifications
  • B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
  • 12+ years of increasing responsibility in ETL and DB design, development and implementation (SQL Server and SSIS preferred)
  • Strong Experience leading and further developing large, diversified teams and projects
  • Experience with Big Data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with Azure/AWS
  • Experience with process and solution analysis & documentation
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
  • Experience with programming language (Pythons preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
  • Excellent presentation skills
