Introduction
The Shared Services Finance team is an integral part of our corporation and covers every geography and business unit, often referred to as the "knowledge behind the numbers". Covering the spectrum of Corporate Functions (HR, Legal, EO&S, RESO, Marketing/Comms, CIO, Global Procurement/Logistics, Finance/Top), these teams get wide exposure to the innerworkings of our business.

The Shared Services Associate Business Planning Analyst is considered a key player in driving the success of our company and is a strategic financial advisor to the business. In our teams, we promote innovative thinking, provide opportunities for training and skills development, support for integration into our organization and we put high focus on people development & career planning. In this position, you will collaborate with a wide range of finance and operations focals and will gain valuable insight into the business.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Support the business leadership team with analyses of Shared Services spending
• Drive innovation within our global financial processes to create measurable value
• Prepare reports for management and business units, highlighting performance gaps vs budget/forecast
• Plan and control expenses across the Function
• Resource tracking
• Act as trusted business advisor by delivering clear messages & alternatives for business decisions and demonstrating ownership and business knowledge

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• University education (Bachelor’s degree) – preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or relevant experience
• Intermediate English language
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables/VLOOKUP is an advantage)
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving approach
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
