Business Analyst

The Corrigo platform has tremendous flexibility and configurability which allows it to serve multiple vertical industries including Restaurants, Service Management, Facility Management, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and many more. As a member of the product team, the Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients. Responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement and enhancement efforts, operational support activities, troubleshooting, special projects, and ongoing business support.

Working with global teams.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software delivery team, as well as business users, product owners and other stakeholders, will be part of your job. You will need to act as a liaison between users, developers, testers, and implementation specialists. The team is US centric and will require working with globally placed teams. Overlap with US teams will be required on daily basis.

Mapping business requirements
An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and interface requirements to ensure zero gaps in planning and prioritizing the product features. Alongside, you’ll prepare and review functional specifications, data mapping templates and test cases to ensure our products meet clients’ business requirements. Likewise, tracking user acceptance and supporting investigation to address any issues will be your responsibility.

Immaculate knowledge and experience
3 years plus of relevant software experience in similar role
Must have experience & be able to conduct business needs & workflow assessments
Must have prior experience in creating use case, business, & functional requirement documents.
Must have client facing experience, with a focus on exceeding client expectations
Experienced in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
CMMS or SaaS experience preferred
Execution of training to business users regarding new systems, processes or enhancements
Ability to support/participate in testing to ensure accuracy, completeness and validity of exchanged data
Strong communication skills
Strategic, conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
Negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Presentation and written communication skills, including proposal writing.

Impeccable Communication Skills
Superb writing and speaking abilities are must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
