o CROSSING STRUCTURES

Bridge abutments | Culverts and Hydraulic passes | Vehicular and cattle underpasses | Box structures | Cut n cover tunnels | Precast concrete hydraulic conduits

o PREVENTING AND PROTECTING STRUCTURES

Rock fall protection | Containment Dykes | Slope retention and slope stabilization | Debris flow control system | River training | Avalanche barriers | Industrial risk protection solutions | Erosion Control Systems

Upgradation of Business Packages for bespoke solutions

o Geographical Study and analysis

o Market Study and analysis

o Upstream marketing

o Presentation Kit for specific sectors meeting client requirements

Building of specifications for various clients and consultants for opportunities / prospects under Northern Sector

Prepare detailed cost analysis for new projects along with project feasibility proposals

Network with Main-contractors, client and consultants for project leads and market intelligence

Generating Business Forecast Reports

Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target industries for business development.

Providing value based services and solutions by understanding the needs of the client and giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients

Undertaking techno-commercial discussion & finalizing order of projects

Estimation of each project cost, calculation of the gross/ net margin of each project as per the design and other contractual risks involved.

Managing customer service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge of Reinforced Earth and Slope Protection Systems

- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills

- Computer efficiency especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.

- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.

- Strong client management skills
