Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales in the Region for our Core Business Lines:
  • RETAIN (Reinforced earth walls, Retaining structures and Soil Reinforcement Applications)
  • CROSS (Precast Crossing Structures, Culverts, Abutments)
  • PROTECT (Preventive and Protecting infrastructure Erosion control, coastal defensive structures, River training, Canal lining, Dykes and Bunds Upgradation of Business Package
  • Upgradation of Business Package
  • Geographical Study and analysis
  • Market Study and analysis
  • Upstream marketing
  • Presentation Kit for specific sectors meeting client requirements
  • Building of specifications for various clients and consultants for new jobs in the Sector
  • Prepare detailed cost analysis for new projects along with project feasibility proposals
  • Network with Main-contractors, client and consultants for project leads and market intelligence
  • Generating Business Forecast Reports
  • Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target industries for business development.
  • Providing value based services and solutions by understanding the needs of the client and giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients
  • Undertaking techno-commercial discussion & finalizing order of projects
  • Estimation of each project cost, calculation of the gross/ net margin of each project as per the design and other contractual risks involved.
  • Managing customer service operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service
    quality norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have handled infrastructure industries like Roads/Highways/ railway/Coastal/ River
  • 7-12 years or above relevant experience into managing business developments and Sales activities entailing reinforced earth structures, precast structures
  • Knowledge of Reinforced Earth and Precast Structures.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
  • Strong client management skills
