We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.

Responsibilities:
  • Find new targets and leads through telephone canvassing and cold calling.
  • Promote the sales of K12App in schools by assessing their business requirements.
  • Identify potential schools and schedule meetings with key decision makers.
  • Manage product demonstration, negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new schools.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with new and existing schools.
Minimum qualifications:
  • MBA or Bachelors degree in business administration, communication or marketing.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT Sales.
  • Exposure in education domain will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Results-oriented, self-starter who can strategically plan for success.
  • Strong email and contact search skills for identifying and reaching out to the decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills- fluency in verbal and written English is an absolute must.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
  • Ability and willingness to travel anywhere, anytime.
  • Must have bike, smart phone and laptop.
