Supported by an internal team of developers and configuration specialists this individual’s focus is on developing a strong relationship with the client, understanding their business requirements and guiding them to a solution that achieves their objectives while remaining with in the deliverable scope of the project.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Impeccable Customer Relationship Skills
2. Strong aptitude for technical software products
3. Written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to understand client needs and requirement and translate that to plan for a successful customer onboarding experience
5. Coordinating the efforts of a team of contributors, while maintaining ownership of the outcome
6. Understanding of the technology channel
7. experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM
