Looking for Junior Engineers (Civil) for one of their Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project at Dadar, Mumbai.

The job profile is Junior Engineer - Finishing Works.
1. To Inspection and approve of all the material bought on site for construction.
2. Day to day complete supervision and control over the workmanship of different contractors and agencies as per approved Method statement and Item specifications
3. Onsite and off-site co-ordination with contractors.
4. To arrange and obtain test results / certificate of materials that are necessary for the work, as directed by the Project Manager
5. To Perform such other functions as may be directed by the Project Manager to ensure quality of the work and fulfilment of Architects and other consultants assignments.
6. Preparing work status report
7. Preparing daily works report
8. Preparing Material Issue note to contractor
9. To check and verify measurements and quantities of the running bills of contractor, and inform his comments, to Project Manager.
10. Examine and be thoroughly familiar with the drawings, specifications, Bar charts etc. and refer any discrepancies or queries thereof to the Architect / Structural Engineer and other consultation for determination.

11. Anticipate work to be put in hand, and endeavour to ensure that all necessary drawings and information are available at the site when required.

Work Experience Required:4 to 8years- experience with at least 2 years- experience in Civil Finishing with at least one CompletedResidential project

The CTC (excluding travelling expenses) depending upon the credentials of the candidate.
