Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
The cloud architect helps designing the cloud environment from a holistic point of view, ensuring it meets all of the company’s requirements. Carrying out deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and management tasks within this implemented cloud structure. Overseeing cloud security. Over all 8+ years of experience.
What you’ll do:
As a Cloud Architect you will:

• Design the overall architecture and infrastructure design
• Develop the infrastructure plan
• Manage the development of infrastructure for the ERP Program
• Ensure infrastructure activities are integrated and addressed
• Design a backup strategy for each of the applications / systems
• Design a strategy for cloud security and compliance
• Design a strategy for data privacy and trustworthy computing

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architect skills to create and drive ideas and project completion across a highly mixed organization (intra and inter division). Overall 8+ years of experience.
• Proficient with Python, JavaScript, REST_APIs, SQL, NoSQL, Automations like Ansible / Terraform.
• To drive requirements analysis and technical design, cloud platform and application build, product configuration, testing, and production deployment
• To provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues, including the determination and provision of workaround solutions or escalation to service owners
• To demonstrate knowledge of cloud architectures and features such as multi-tenancy, virtualization, elastic scalability, orchestration and automation
• To develop solution architectures and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud computing models as well as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS service models
• To provide technical thought leadership for enterprise scale technology transformation.
• Background in networking, security and data storage engineering
• Ability to build scalable and cost-effective cloud solution for monitoring, identity and security, data storage and business continuity.
  

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• OpenGroup / TOGAF certification
• Any cloud architect certification is optional
• Experience in Chef, Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack or Terraform
• Experience with enterprise requirements and common security and compliance policies for large enterprises especially in key industries like banking and financial, insurance, government, telco, retails and healthcare.
• Understanding process, Agile, Scrum teams, requirements gathering and prioritizing, successful leadership through the release process.

We then focus on scale and reach through geography activation to accelerate revenue growth.
