Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining client relations, and providing customer service support. The candidate will also be responsible for business relationship management and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong business relationship management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in client relations
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
