API is digital building block for enterprises. SAP Cloud Platform API Management enables to secure, analyze and scale APIs in a multi-cloud environment. It provides required visibility & control to consume and monetize API with real-time analytics and reporting.

We are looking for highly ambitious CI/CD DevOps Engineer with strong knowledge around build & release pipelines to enable our cloud services.

The Role:

• Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and components.
• Be the DevOps "champion" in the organization, helping agile teams to stay on top of the latest trends and tools.
• Provide the tooling to ensure SAP API Management can release often, safely, and reliably
• Understand and improve current effort and cost structure of system/tenant operations
• Collaborate with engineering and product management as well as other service groups

Role Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in professional software development in an Agile environment
• Expertise around Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines for cloud services
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with hands-on scripting experience around Python, Ruby, Bash
• Setup and operate new landscapes in a multi-cloud environment (PaaS and IaaS)
• Working knowledge of DevOps automation concepts, practices, and procedures
• Practical experience in development with Git and Jenkins for CI
