Production and maintenance of Secondary operation/Decoration of EBM and IM machines final product. Handling bottles and caps labelling, wad insertion of Cap, Flip closing caps, Printing of bottles and caps, shrink sleeving etc.
Optimization of production efficiencies in terms Quality and right quantity.
Handling new project related to secondary operations.
Knowledge of decoration Machines, Assembly, and SPM, Robotic, pick and place.
Knowledge of pneumatic system
Manufacturing Process Knowledge & Material Knowledge, machine functional knowledge and Calculation.
Knowledge of jigs & Fixtures and Measuring and Improving Productivity.
Basic Knowledge of tooling machinery i.e. CNC machinery and others.
Knowledge of Servo motor and drives will be advantage.
Problem solving ability & should work as a Team.
Having Automation industry knowledge, Automation Line..
Knowledge for Vision Inspection System Application.
Knowledge for HMI,PLC and Ladder Logic Programming will be advantage.
Technical Documentation with machine Validation i.e. knowledge of URS, SAT, FAT, IQ,OQ,PQ
