Job Summary:
Magicrete is looking for a Growth Manager to join its young and dynamic team to drive growth of Magicrete Buildmart Channel Partner program.
Growth Manager will be responsible to bring creative energy, drive innovation and manage high impact initiatives to drive revenue growth and channel partner progress.
Candidate will be responsible to work in a collaborative way to gather input from all stakeholders and use this information to establish growth targets and to strategize, build, execute, and measure multi-channel acquisition marketing and retention campaigns.
The candidate would benefit from joining an agile and innovative team of Magicrete and would drive our growth strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing growth strategy around user acquisition, activation, retention, target audience and channel mix (for instance Contractors, Building Material Dealers, Architects etc.)
- Design and implement growth tactics across owned & paid channels through research, data analytics and experiments that unleash exponential user growth of the website and app.
- Lead programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel and optimize conversion rates
- Drive user acquisition through performance marketing activity using core paid acquisition channels in order to exceed ambitious user growth goals while maximizing ROI
- Liaise closely with stakeholders outside of marketing, developing strategies for how growth marketing helps achieve broader organization goals and strategic initiatives
Manage and update key CRM tracking systems to reflect account/project activity.
Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, competitor sales etc.)
Generation of MIS reports for facilitating decision-making.
Qualifications / Required Skills:
- B. Tech. (Any Specialization) (Mandatory) from Tier 1 colleges [ MBA (Any Specialization) from premier institute will be an added advantage ]
- 5- 6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce industry with a strong understanding of unit economics of e-commerce
- Experience in running digital marketing and Mobile App campaigns preferred
- A Great communicator with an undivided focus to delight internal and external stakeholders.
- Aggressive about meeting set goals and timelines
- Having strong analytical mindset with passion to leverage technology to drive growth.
