Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Partnering with Business stakeholders in implementing the process of succession planning, identifying Critical Talent across organization, actionizing & engaging them in various developmental levers and plan their career path with the business. Designing Talent management & IDP awareness workshops.
  • Implementing strong review mechanism, maintaining and creating Talent Dashboards and metrics, driving internal mobility agendas.
  • Identifying common capabilities across business and driving organization level initiatives such as 360 feedback, management development programs, nominating senior leaders for flagship programs & driving Pulse surveys across organization.

Implementation of SAP-HR (Success Factors):

  • Understanding the design and implementation of different HR modules in SAP system like employee central, performance management & succession planning modules and partnering with consultants to provide systemic thinking.
  • Strategizing the data migration activity across organization

Performance Management:

  • Goal Setting: Collaborated with business in designing the ICPs (individual contribution plan), active involvement in appraisal discussions, facilitated dual reporting appraisals between project and functional managers, conducted PMS workshops at site and executed the PMS cycle in the system.
  • Performance Appraisal Process Execution: - Driving the PMS process by collaborating with departmental heads, contributing inputs during the normalisation process, engaging with SBU head during promotion discussions.
  • 360 feedback & coaching development - Implement 360 feedback process and facilitate coaching sessions for department heads.

Assessment and Development centre:

  • Partnered with Industry experts for planning and implementing assessment and development centre for Talent Development. Learning and development:
  • Executive Training Analysed the training needs post- PMS cycle gathered the training requirements from business and collaborated with corporate L&D for final execution.
  • Leadership development: First time manager roles: -Facilitate the promotion process of employees transitioning from professional to managerial cadre at business level, coordinating with panellists and conducting interviews

3+ Years Experience in HR Practice with a Large Organizations

Experience in Talent Development, Organization Development activities, Business partnering is required to .
