We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solar EPC Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our solar EPC services, forging strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our solar business segment.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the solar industry, with a focus on EPC services.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and the EPC process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar EPC projects.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solar EPC solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate proposals for solar EPC projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize project contracts.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure the development of contracts that align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
- Analysis sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
