Job description

1) Having Experience if Selection & Acquisition of Land for setting up Plant.

2) Having experience in preparation of Project Report, doing feasibility study, studying Industrial Policies and incentives / benefits offered by the Government, recommend Management as to where to set up plant based on Industrial Policy, feasibly report etc.

3) Laisioning with various government departments for getting project approved, acquisition of Land, getting all required approvals for setting up plant like getting civil drawings approved, electricity, water connections, NOC from PCB, Factory License, etc.

4) Coordinate with Architects, Civil Contractors, etc. for constructions of Factory shed, utility rooms, office buildings, etc .

5) Taking approvals from various government departments for getting the Plant Operations like Commercial Production Certificate, Consent to Operate from PCB, etc.

7) Applying and getting various subsidies offered be the Government.

Required Candidate profile

1.He should have 10-15 yrs exp. in implement of Green Field Projects

2.Minimum Graduation /Post graduation in any Discipline

3.MBA/LLB / Engineering will be preferable
