Roles and Responsibilities


1. To develop estimates for tender bids based on tender drawings, specifications, schedules and other tender documents. Costing sheet preparation using excel.


2. To understand and analyze the tender technical specifications.


3. Good understanding of tender drawings.

4. Should be able to develop cost analysis, Quantity take off, Equipment schedule, cost comparisons, technical analysis and detailed costing for a tender project.


5. Good Knowledge of CHW systems, Ducting works, HVAC Equipments (Chiller, AHU, FCU, DX, PAC, VAV, VRF, Pumps etc.), Heat load calculation, Head calculation, ESP Calculation etc.


6. Should be able to follow time lines as per tender submission schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


2. Considerable period of experience in Estimation and Costing.

3. Good working knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Revit, PDF, MS office (particularly Excel).

4. Work experience on overseas projects would be a added advantage.
