Roles and Responsibilities

1. Internal L1 support of Oracle R12 Application (Oracle e-Business Suite) for day-to-day maintenance.

2. Ticket allocation and SLA monitoring of support partner of Oracle for L2 and high priority service tickets.

3. Internal Development of Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.

4. Customization by extension and modification of the standard application suite using Application Object Library (AOL).

5. Design, Development of RICE components as per business requirement.

6. Creating test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform functional testing for custom requirements.

7. Write detailed technical design documents.

8. Interact with Oracle via SR process in support website

9. Integrate and manage third party systems to interface with E- Business suite changes and maintain application interfaces.

10. Enhancements and bug fixing of Oracle Forms (Personalization & Customizations).

11. Mass data upload using tools like SQL Loader.

12. Mass data extraction as per requirement of business and auditor.

13. Write stored procedures, Packages and Functions using SQL & PL/SQL.

14. Prepare MD050 and MD070 for change requests and internal customizations.
