Responsibilities and Duties

Ensure appropriate food preparation activities
Monitored the daily operational processes and assured efficiency in their implementation
Make sure that all hygiene and sanitation standards are met effectively followed by my team
Training of new hires for work as crew members
Constantly giving training to crew members to deliver food service excellence
Set targets for my team and encourage them to achieve
Handle customer complaints and conflicts
Taking daily briefing of my team on sales and targets
Ensure food stocks are in check and inventory is managed effectively
Met up-sell targets at a 100% by my team with suggestive selling skills effectively
Making a weekly and Daily reports of sales
Giving a individuals target to team
Taking care of daily food cost p&l.
