  • Building, planning, directing, and implementing business strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the organization.
  • Identify target sites in high potential locations.
  • Develop market strategies for expansion and plans including pricing Strategy.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the dealer network. Develop new dealers from untapped areas through market penetration.
  • Accountable for revenue generation and margin targets for pan India level and develop strong dealership model across India.
  • Conduct sales promotional activities like farmers meet, field activities, etc. regularly.
  • Partnering with various NGOs/FPOs/ NBFCs to explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare a calendar and monitor different demand generation activities like farmer’s meet/ webinar/seminar/Govt. official’s meet across India.
  • Sales promotion marketing Activities.
  • Daily reporting on sales activities to top management.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Visiting and meeting the Distributors and Dealers regularly & Meeting the Farmers on regular intervals.
