POSITION- SALES OFFICER

LOCATIONS- ALIGARH and MORADABAD

SALARY- Best as per industry norms.

R esponsibilities-
  • Develop new dealers maintain relationships with dealers by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Coordinate plan monthly meeting with all the painters and architect in an area. Update them providing information, support and guidance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, sales account database so on.
  • Strong negotiation consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational leadership skills.
  • Passionate highly energetic in his work.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Plan/schedule visits on new projects/site.
  • Survey market for upcoming projects under given area.
  • Merchandisers draft sales contracts and review the demographics of the dealer store to ensure that the correct amount of stock is ordered and provided.
  • Planning and executing solutions for the Sales dealer/Distributor to deliver to customers.
  • Maintaining relationships with distributors by providing information, support and guidance. Mentoring dealer sales.
  • Work experience of at least 2-5 years in a sales position within a complex and fast-paced business environment preferably a s a Sales Manager/Officer.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must have for this position in both verbal and written form. These skills are necessary in building relationship between customers and external partners.
  • In addition to this the Sr. Sales officer must also be a great listener with ability to clarify resolve issues and concerns of customer, external partners, junior sales personnel, collaborating personnel stakeholders.
  • Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers.
  • Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends.
  • Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics.
  • Sale products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
