ABOUT THE TEAM:
The RealPage Information Security Operations team monitors and manages risks associated with threats and vulnerabilities faced by our infrastructure, platforms, and systems. We work closely with our teammates from IT, Product Development, and across the business to coordinate and execute our vulnerability management, application security, and incident response strategies and capabilities. We work with industry-leading tools and implement creative solutions to complex problems.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
As the Application Security Analyst you will work directly with application development teams to conduct periodic automated and manual security assessments against applications and source code in support of the RealPage Money Services Business. Success in this role will be determined by your ability to detect, analyze, and communicate application security issues, and work with our constituent product teams to coordinate remediation efforts. You will be called upon to provide insights and guidance on discovered issues and how to effectively manage the associated risk. Experience with application security tools, knowledge of DevOps processes and tools, and an understanding on how attackers exploit vulnerabilities in the wild are critical skills for this role.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Minimum 4+ Years of experience into Application Security (SAST)
  • Good knowledge on a -JAVA, C# , Python
  • Explicit 4+ secure code review experience using Fortify, Veracode and DevSecOps[CI/CD using Azure DevOps]. The resource should be able to read the code and understand the logic.
  • Should be able to support the development team in remediation plan.
