Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the field of compensation and benefits (e.g. theories, frameworks, technologies and trends).
Provide consulting and collaboration with Business and HR Partners to ensure that rewards best practices are integrated.
Develop ongoing communications to ensure awareness and understanding of reward programs, tools and changes for applicable audiences.
Drive alignment to JLLs Career Framework, through a well-defined and detailed assessment roles and ongoing HRBP / Manager education.
Provide recommendations to support development of Compensation programs such as Commission Plan or Performance Bonus Schemes, ensuring that an enterprise-wide perspective is applied.
Apply an understanding of financial issues influencing compensation and benefit programs.
Collaborate with external vendors / consultants to address / enhance internal reward programs
Apply a data driven approach to decisions on compensation and benefit program decisions (example, promotions, senior level external hires, medical plan renewals, etc.)
Consult line managers and HR Business Partners on all issues related to salaries, role assessment and benefit issues, and proactively addressing concerns.
Ensure compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements.
Partner with the wider members from the wider Rewards COE to deliver projects that are regional or global in scope.
Act as a lead / mentor to more junior members of the team, supporting their development.
