The Edge Partnership is an Asia focused recruitment firm and we are aggressively growing our IT recruitment team as a result of very strong market demand. We are searching for an experienced individual with a strong track record in IT recruitment within the India or Asia markets. This person will be proactive in helping and managing more junior members of the team. We are looking for a self-motivated, independent thinker who has a strong client network and the ability to build strong relationships with new clients.


Some of the key responsibilities will include :

  • To help manage and oversee more junior members of the team.
  • Able to manage client accounts effectively and operate in a 360 degree role.
  • Work closely with client contacts to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies
  • Have a strong revenue generating track record.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in in IT recruitment in India/Asia.
  • A stable employment background.
  • Sound overall knowledge of IT as a function and industry generally.
  • A strong track record of successful business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
