Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Facilitate, Participate, Review & monitor quality planning activities in the program and present status during project reviews.

Ensure other projects Lessons learnt availability & deployment of applicable LL.

Set Quality Targets for New Products. Ensure Targets & Verification tests are consistent with requirements & RWUP.

Develop Quality Plans & ensure timely Product evaluations to assess gaps for corrective actions.

Assess, Evaluate, Monitor and give feedback for continuous improvement of Quality Systems

Establish Reliability Growth Analysis and ensure MTBF targets are met as per set targets

Facilitate problem solving methodology and ensure closure of product concerns, use of suitable methodology such as QC Story & 8D

Tracking and Internal assessment of MEGDS Gateway deliverables.

Support with collation of information and analysis of relevant Quality data.

Generate Quality Dashboard and present status to Senior Management by highlighting Quality Red alerts/Risks and proposing contingency plans

Experience

5-7 yrs, preferably in Projects and Development work

Industry Preferred

EV , Tier I of EV ,Automobile Industry in Product Development, Validation, Quality Background with electrical hardware & software architecture understanding

Qualifications

BE (Electrical/Electronics/Mech/ Auto)

General Requirements

Good understanding of New Product Development process

Knowledge of basic and advanced problem solving tools such as 8D

In depth Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC

Good customer understanding. Product & Process Knowledge

Thorough knowledge of Quality systems - ISO/TS 16949 standard

Auditing skills – Process, Product and System

Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
