Opening DGM / GM Trade Sales @ Cement Industry


Candidate preferred from Building materials ( Paints / Construction chemicals / Steel /Ply wood etc ) .


CTC to be offered - 40 Lac


Talent age not more than 42-44 yrs .


Roles and Responsibilities


This is a leadership position and candidate, will be responsible for designing and executing business strategy to deliver profitable top line growth in line with the Organization vision and stakeholder expectations.

This role is responsible for formation of business strategy and selling and communicating the strategy down line. This role is accountable for achievement of business growth plan as well as for continuous business performance review and take corrective action.


Mainly Trade Sales


Desired Candidate Profile

Educational qualifications :

- Graduate

- BE Civil / MBA

- MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Sales &Marketing

Candidate preferred from Building materials ( Paints / Construction chemicals / Steel /Ply wood etc )


Relevant experience


- 10-12 years with minimum of 6-7 yrs of senior or general management experience in a Sales organization

- Should have a proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies & its achievement
