Job Description
Define and Validate all component specific diagnostic and OBD2 requirements
Derive the DTC specification for the components
Analyze sensor and acrtuator information of charging components and derive diagnostic and fault requirements
CO-Ordinate with Tier-1 suppliers to have the diagnostic, DTC and PBD requirements implemented in the component
Create Test specification and Test plan according to the product, customer, quality and legal requirements
Component defect analysis (FMEA)
Support in OBD2 certification document preprationa an review with tier- suppliers
Validate diagnostic and DTC implementations on test bench ( HV) and on the vehicle

Responsibilities
Works as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities
Applies own judgement to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review
Troubleshooting issues quickly and supporting the team to identify the root cause¬
Tangible contribution to Innovation(Product/Process/Business/Paper/Publication/Patents)
Bring in ideas for process/efficiency improvements

Qualifikationen

- Required Qualifications/skills:- Mandatory:- Bachelors/Masters in field of electrical engineering or related disciplines.
  • Prior Experience in obd2 definition and validation
  • Prior experience in pariticpation in ceritification documentation of OBD regulations
  • Experience on vehicle tests for OBD and diagnostics is preferable
  • Defect mining mindset and willingness to learn new methods/tools
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
