  • Position: Agency Manager in direct sales
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: Either a Fresher with a strong network or a minimum of 1 year in Life Insurance (LI) sales or Field sales.
  • Salary: 2.2 - 4 LPA + Incentives and Bonus
  • Location: Bangalore, Shimoga, Mysore (Preferred), Trivandrum, Calicut, Cochin, Alappuzha, Kollam

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Building Agency: Identify and recruit Potential advisors/Sales Associates (e.g.: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members etc.).
  • Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales targets on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
  • Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisors/Sales Associates.
  • Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor the developmental needs of advisors in the team, providing feedback on advisor’s/Sales Associates’ performance.
  • Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).

Primary Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a Graduate degree.
  • Should be a resident of the hiring city for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is essential.
