Job Title: Assistant Manager Employee Relations

Job Location: Vadodara

Shift Timings: US shift (06.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST)

What You’ll Do

  • You will join a growing and critical function within the firm. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Employee Relations. The Employee Manager will provide subject matter expertise in the consistent execution and delivery of HR services in the areas of employee relations and investigations, HR policies and procedures, and special projects designed to improve overall Employee Relations within the firm.
  • Senior Manager Employee Relations will oversee the policies, procedures, and programs of the company’s Employee Relations department, developing and improving programs related to employee relations and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads and facilitates the employee relations program and related functions.
  • Maintains, develops, recommends, and implements program objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Develops and pursues new goals and objectives for improvement in areas of employee relations.
  • Communicates with employees regarding employee relations concerns; provides guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues.
  • Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, including stellar communication, collaboration, case handling and project management
  • Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
  • Assists managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance, discipline, and related topics.
  • Develops, presents, and administers departmental budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Desired Experience:

  • Strong track record in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practice employee relations theory
  • Familiarity with medium to large-sized organizations and matrixed structures/reporting lines
  • Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms/HRBP experience

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least six years of related experience are required, including three years of management experience.
