Role
Perform Explicit analysis for Visteon products primarily on Display Product Line

Responsibilities

• Plan the execution of Explicit Analysis by understanding the requirements from Design Team
• Perform Explicit Analysis on the identified component and Prepare a Report
• Validate Simulation with Test Results and refine Simulation methods
• Present to Internal and External Customers on the results interpretation
• Suggest design recommendations based on Simulation results
• Prepare a Work Instructions for Explicit Analysis Analysis

Essential Skills

• In-depth knowledge on Finite Element Methods, in particular Explicit Formulation
• Highly experienced on Head Impact and Drop test Simulation using Altair RADIOSS and LSDYNA
• Capability to develop appropriate Models using Hyperworks
• Familiar with CAD tools CATIA V5
• Good Communication, Excellent Team Player and indepth technical leadership Skills

Desired Skills

• Knowledge in Electronic products development
• Knowledge in Plastic parts design, Die casting, and Decoration technologies

Qualification
Master’s Degree with 6 -10 years of Exp. or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engg. with 8 -10 years of Exp. in CAE
