Finance Head - DUMSFinance Head (of Coromandel International’s portfolio company) - Job Responsibilities

Candidate will be on Coromandel payroll and will be deputed on behalf of Coromandel to one of the drone manufacturing startups in Chennai - Dhaksha (https://www.teamdhaksha.com).

Candidate will head the Finance function at Dhaksha.

Qualification: CA
Experience: 15+ years of experience working preferably in a manufacturing industry, with a past leadership experience in Corporate Finance role.
Responsible for financial strategy and planning, financial analysis and reporting, accounting, costs, monthly MIS reporting, taxation, company audits, working with CS on treasury functions, budgeting, compliance, bank relationships, financial risk management, and handling financial aspects of import transactions.
Work closely with the CEO, Directors, and the management team members to help the company take financially prudent decisions.
Monitor and manage cashflows, track key financial ratios, create processes to eliminate cash lock-ins, manage working capital, and audit inventory levels regularly.
Be part of key procurement meetings to ensure the company gets the best possible prices, credit terms and robust supply chain partners.
Review and offer suggestions on key contracts of the company with stakeholders like dealers, customers, and suppliers.
