We support providers of education in optimising their organisation and work processes. We similarly help to strengthen market position through online education portals, marketing tools, highly advanced CRM products and procedures for the electronic transfer of data.

Key duties and Responsibilities

    • The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of data processing based on client and internal requirements including: mapping, testing and implementation.
    • Work closely with the Customer Service Team, Project Managers and the Technical Team
    • Perform on technical tasks to setup data mapping between online tools and backoffice systems
    • Become technical expert in our online frontoffice components and data mapping
    • Tracking tasks progress and status in our project management software
    • Actively contribute to the process improvements, documentation and reports

Experience and Background

    • Fluency in English
    • Bachelor Degree and basic understanding of programming language (data structure and synthax)
    • Previous experience in working with CSS, XML/XSLT and/or HTML file types
    • Work experience in data management (e.g. MS Access, MS Excel, CSV, XML)
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
    • High interpersonal skills, adaptability and stress tolerance
    • You are self-motivated and enjoy working in an international team

Further beneficial

    • Experience in working with any project management software (e.g. Jira)
    • Having spent part of your studies or working career abroad
    • Advanced level in any additional European language
