We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our global HR team at a very exciting time. We are undergoing a business and people transformation to create a sustainable, digital business and continue to be the market leader in a diverse range of higher education services.

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager in London, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies across our India operations. You will design and deliver an effective local recruitment strategy for a variety of tech and non-tech roles, as well as collaborate closely with department managers and HR colleagues, staying abreast of future hiring needs to facilitate proactive recruitment delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively network, attract and source candidates, utilising a variety of sources to maintain a high direct hire ratio.
  • Promote QS as an employer of choice through social media and contribute to employer branding initiatives on a local scale.
  • Prepare engaging recruitment ad material and content and manage publication to appropriate job portals/social media.
  • Proactively drive internal mobility and employee referral schemes among local employees.
  • Stay abreast of employment and talent market conditions, using this knowledge to guide and influence hiring managers when it comes to recruitment decisions.
  • Effectively screen and assess candidates against open positions.
  • Provide advice to hiring managers on assessment and interview best practice.
  • Build, develop and nurture talent pools for key future talent requirements.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, until successful onboarding.
  • Record recruitment activity and report on recruitment data and metrics.
  • Manage end to end Campus recruitment for QS India.

What do I need to bring with me?

You will have previous experience working in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role within an international organisation, ideally SAAS-based product, or analytics/information services. You will have recruited for a variety of roles, including tech roles, and have excellent sourcing capability and experience utilising a variety of tools, platforms, and networks. You will proactively stay up to date with recruitment industry trends and be curious to explore and apply new approaches.

Through your experience you will have a thorough understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practice, with the ability to escalate or remedy bottlenecks in the process. You will be skilled at collaborating effectively with stakeholders, as well as managing their expectations, utilising your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your strong attention to detail and organisation skills mean you are able to independently manage a portfolio of roles of varying complexity.
