Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure uptime on plant utilities; chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water, brine, RO & water index maintenance

To ensure that policies & upgraded in Utility Maintenance, Cost Standards, Safety & Environment Standards levels

Desired Candidate Profile

To ensure uptime on plant utilities; chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water, brine , RO & water index maintenance.

Ensure that Internal/External customers’ expectations are met, predictive & preventive maintenance schedules, process productivity improvements, and team manufacturing concepts are adhered to and supported.

To ensure that policies and processes are maintained and upgraded in Utility Maintenance, Cost Standards, Safety & Environment Standards levels.

Utilize principles of leadership that result in continuous improvement, generating CEP’s for capital investment and justify ROI’s.

Ensure that safety goals, environmental and productivity levels are maintained at all times, and all machine downtimes are minimized.

Maintaining all records in regards to, and ensuring compliance with, government regulations, allowances, permissions, certifications, etc.
